General Information
This web page was established to provide a repository for "green documents" and to share news related to the work of CISPR/A. Please note that IEC policies do not allow posting of CISPR/A working documents like CDs, CDVs, FDISs, etc. on this web page. Those must be accessed through the CISPR/A working documents web page. Please contact your National Committee for a user name and password in order to download the documents.

Information can only be posted on this web page by the secretary (web master) of CISPR/A. If you'd like to post a document or other information, please contact Steve Leitner, Secretary CISPR/A.

The guidelines for the use of web sites and FTP sites on servers managed by the IEC are documented in the Administrative Circular 118/2001.

Members of working groups must be individually appointed by their National Committee, per IEC Directive, Part 1, par.1.11.1. The National Committees are now to use the IEC Expert System. For further details see Administrative Circular AC/38/2004.

Current News
When submitting a paper to an adhoc group or to a working group, please identify the document by following the official naming convention, as defined by the IEC.
(status:2008-10-08)

There are frequent updates to the membership of CISPR/A/WG1 and WG2. The actual membership can be viewed on-line, using the IEC Expert Management System. Membership lists of Joint Task Forces can also be viewed in the Expert System, but they will also be circulated as INF documents in CISPR/A and SC77B.
(status:2008-10-08)

Currently we have three active JTFs established to address issues common to CISPR/A and SC77B.
The responsibilities for the JTFs on "TEM Devices" and "Reverberation Chambers (REV)" have been transferred to TC77, as of September 29, 2004. Document processing and project management for these two JTFs are now handled by SC77B. The responsibility for "Fully anechoic rooms (FAR)" rests with CISPR/A.

Five JTFs were formed within CISPR subcommittees. A JTF exists between CISPR/A and CISPR/I to address matters of interest to both subcommittees, currently with documents circulated on "Transfer of methods from CISPR 13 & 22 to CISPR 16 Series"

Two JTFs were established between CISPR/A and CISPR/D: one addressing specifications of FFT-based measuring receivers with CISPR/A having primary lead and the other on chamber validation with primary lead from CISPR/D.

A JTF led by CIS/B deals with "Small equipment size criterion in CISPR 11", and CIS/A leads a JTF with CIS/F on "CDN measurement methods from 30 MHz to 300 MHz"

The current structure and status of the CISPR and SC77B related JTFs can be viewed here.
